Shipping Policy

We have a small stock. If the product you want is in stock, shipping shall be carried out in 24/48 hours.

In NIMIO we make shipments via the postal service Correos Express.

All shipments can be tracked through the tracking number, that must be introduced within the page www.correosexpress.com.

The ordinary order usually take about 24/72h working days to reach a destination in Spain.

International shipping needs about 4/5 working days.

If the product you want is not in stock we need between 2 or 4 weeks to manufacture it before sending it. In any case you will be notified by e-mail.

We will always send you a receipt with your order, but if you wish to receive a detailed invoice just write to hola@nimio-lab.com, adding your details.

For international shipments, shipping does not include any customs duties that may be applied.

Payment

All payments are made through Paypal to our account hola@nimio-lab.com.

If you have a Paypal account enter your password and click "enter". If you don’t have a  Paypal account fill in the details of purchase and click "continue".

An email confirming your order will arrive to your e-mail account.

For EU countries, prices are VAT included.

For countries outside the EU and the Canary Islands, the price is the same, when you receive your order you will have to pay customs taxes. (You should get in touch with your country's Customs Office. If you turn down your order once received it you will need to provide for the in and out shipping fee, as well as any taxes applied to your order at the Customs Office.)

If you do not want to use the Paypal platform you can make a bank transfer. In this case please contact us at hola@nimio-lab.com and we will send you our account number.

Changes and returns

If you want to change or return your order, you have 7 working days from the day on which you receive your order. Write us to hola@nimio-lab.com and we´ll tell you what to do.
The product must be in perfect state conditions and you will have to take care of the shipping fee back. 
For international returns, the customer is also responsible for any additional customs fees.

Distribution

If you want to sell any product in your shop, gallery, space, etc.., write to hola@nimio-lab.com and we’ll give you the details and the conditions to do so.
