How do I buy in NIMIO?

It is very easy and intuitive, just follow these steps:

  • Choose the product you want and click on “add to cart”.
  • Go to your cart and complete the form with your data.
  • Proceed to payment. You can do it using Paypal.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • If the product is in stock, it will get your home in about a week! If the product is not in stock it will take a little longer to manufacture it but we will try to do it as quickly as possible. (see Shipping Policy)

Can I change the color of the products?

Of course you can. We offer a product customization service. Contact as at hola@nimio-lab.com.

What are the payment options?

 You have the following payment methods:

  1. Paypal. Secure payment platform in which you can make your purchase free and easy.
  2. Bank Transfer. In this case please contact us at hola@nimio-lab.com and we will send you our account number. Please inform us on the selected products, units and finishes.

Is VAT included in the price?

Yes, VAT is included in all prices of our products for European customers.

Is shipping included in the price?

No, the shipping price should be paid by the customer; this will be calculated during the checkout process and it depends on the destination country.

I made a purchase but I have not received a confirmation email. why?

Maybe your spam filter does not allow our confirmation email. Therefore, we suggest you to add our email address to your contacts. Make sure you follow all the steps on the last screen, only then the order will be processed.

What is the delivery time?

We have a small stock. If the product you want is in stock, shipping shall be carried out in 24/48 hours.

In NIMIO we make shipments via the spanish postal service Correos.

All shipments can be tracked through the tracking number, that must be introduced within the page www.correos.es.

The ordinary order usually take about 4/5 working days to reach a destination in Spain and the EU.

If the product you want is not in stock we need 1 or 2 weeks to manufacture it before sending it. In any case you will be notified by e-mail.

How can I know the status of my order?

Once your order is completed we will send you a confirmation email, and we will send another one when we ship the order to your home. If you need more details, you can request more information sending an email to hola@nimio-lab.com.

What is the guarantee of the products?

NIMIO complies  with the current legislation. All products have a 2 year warranty from the date of invoicing. This warranty will be voided by misuse or poor maintenance of the product by the customer.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes but you have to do it within 24 hours after receiving the confirmation e-mail. We could have already shipped the product.

Can I return my purchase?

Please feel free to ask as us much questions you want before completing the purchase and we will be happy to answer you. But when you receive the product, if you consider that it does not correspond with the description and the qualities appearing on our website, you can exercise your right to return the product.

You have 7 working days to exercise your right to return purchases. Anyway, we only accept returned products in the same and perfect conditions in which they were in their delivered and original packaging.
